Penn State has signed up for Microsoft Azure Dev Tools for Teaching (formerly Microsoft Imagine or Dreamspark), which is an annual membership program provided by Microsoft at cost to enrolled academic institutions. The College of IST provides WinLabs, with most of the software installed in the classrooms.
